Biggest Sponsorship Project

When the founders came to me, they had a great clinical idea and absolutely no brand. No name they loved, no visual language, no story. Just a conviction that dental care could feel calmer and more human. That conviction became the whole project.

The decision that shaped everything

Early on we agreed on a single word to guide every choice: reassurance. Once that was locked, decisions got easier. Colours, tone of voice, even the booking flow were all judged against one question — does this make an anxious patient feel calmer?

What worked

  • Naming the emotion before touching the visuals.
  • Designing the patient experience and the brand together.
  • Launching with a small, confident system instead of a huge one.

What I would do differently

I would involve the front-desk staff sooner. They live the brand every day, and their language ended up sharper than anything we wrote in the studio.
