If one person (age 35) before breakfast uses the heart plate and see the following data: Heart Rate 95; Blood Pressure 145/90; Cholesterol above 240; Then Heart Plate can present the option on it’s phone about possible eating options for breakfast- In this case, the Heart Plate will indicate light food) and the BMI data will be transferred to the third party (doctor, nurse ect) so they can track the history of body condition. All components are hidden in the lower are of the plate while upper area can be easily removed, and washer after the meal without any concern about physical damage or water damage of the electronic component.
